Note: Use this sauce to marinate red meats before cooking and to baste meats while cooking.
2 cups soy sauce
¼ cup Wild Turkey bourbon
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger root
(or 1 tablespoon ground ginger)
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Tabasco
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into quart jar.
Yield: 1 quart.
