Squash Bread

18 oz. box yellow cake mix
3.9 oz. box vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 cups squash, peeled and grated
¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Makes 2 loaves.
