We ship Monday- Friday and use UPS Ground Service as our primary shipping resource. However, during the hot Summer months(June, July, August), we do not ship delicate items like chocolates, pies, and cakes on Fridays, and sometimes Thursdays if it’s crazy hot. Our intention is to keep these items out of hot UPS vans and warehouses during the weekend, when shipments tend not to move. Any order we hold will go out first thing on Monday.
Shipping outside the continental US is available, however additional shipping charges will apply depending on the package’s weight and shipping distance.
For these types of orders, upon checkout, regular freight charges will be applied. After we receive your order, we will contact you with an estimate for the additional shipping fees.

Most of the country is less than four business days away by UPS Ground. (Check the time HERE on the UPS transit map.) If you do need expedited service, Second and Next-Day expedited delivery service is available; give us a call at (800) 444-0552 and we’ll be happy to explain your shipping options to you.
Occasionally an item in a gift basket may not be available, in which case we promise to substitute a like item of equal or greater value for the same price.
Due to the Special Event, Kentucky Derby 150, all 150 Merchandise is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
