Baked Chicken Breast with Spinach

4 packages chopped frozen Spinach
3 whole Chicken Breasts, halved
Melted Butter
Salt, Pepper, and granulated Garlic
2 cartons Whipping Cream
Parmesan cheese

Thaw and drain spinach. Pat spinach into buttered 9×13" casserole dish. Dip chicken breast into flour then butter. Place on top of spinach. Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour whipping cream over top; sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and dust with paprika. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serves six.
