My Favorite Milk Gravy

3 tablespoons Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour, if available
3 tablespoons pan drippings from meat (sausage, bacon, or chicken)
2 cups 2% milk
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Over medium heat, add flour to hot pan drippings and stir until lightly browned. Add milk all at once, and stir constantly until thickened and bubbling. Add salt and pepper and serve over potatoes, biscuits, vegetables, or meat.

Yield: 4 servings.
Note: This gravy is also great at breakfast, served over sliced fresh tomatoes.
