Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups cooked Sweet Potatoes, mashed
½ stick Butter, melted
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla
dash of Salt

Topping:
½ cup light Flour
1 cup light Brown Sugar
⅔ stick Butter
1 cup Pecan pieces

Add melted butter to potatoes. Stir in remaining potato ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.

For topping, mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add nuts an sprinkle mixture on top of potatoes. Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
