1½ cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon creole mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Worcestershire suace
2 teaspoons garlic powder
¾ teaspoon curry powder
8 of your favorite fish fillets
Buttery round crackers, crumbled
Preheat the oven to 400°. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and curry powder well and spread over the fish fillets. Sprinkle with crumbled crackers and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fish is done (the fish is done when it flakes easily).
