- 4 cups whole milk

- 1/8 t. cayenne
- 3 cups extra sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/3 cups fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
