- UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every package shipped via UPS Ground to any street address in the 48 contiguous United States according to the chart above (assuming UPS delivers to that location).
- Always allow production time for your order. Although many orders leave here the next business day after the order is placed, if an item is temporarily out of stock or it is during Christmas or Derby, expect some delays to occur. If your order is going to be delayed by more than a few days, we will attempt to contact you by email or phone to let you know what is going on with your order.
