Father Jim began production of Miss Marie’s Spaghetti sauce in 2018 in honor of his late mother, Marie. Created using her secret Italian recipe, the sauce is a Kentucky Proud product, bottled and packed at Bluegrass Superior Foods in Louisville. Miss Marie’s Sauce is rich, creamy, and nostalgic. It has been acclaimed for its wide use from pastas and pizza, to dips and Bloody Mary’s. Each bottle is 15.2 oz. Proceeds of sauce sales benefit Southeast Texas Hospice in Orange, Texas, where Fr. Jim’s mother lived, and the Diocese of Lexington.
