How quickly will my gift basket ship?
We work hard to get your gifts out the door as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days! Shipping times will then vary based on the destination. If you have a specific deadline, please contact our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What are my delivery options?
We proudly ship our authentic Kentucky gift baskets nationwide! For our local friends, we also offer a convenient Louisville pickup option at our store or local delivery. Simply select your preferred method during checkout.
Can you make substitutions or create a custom basket?
Absolutely! To ensure your gift arrives perfectly, we may occasionally need to substitute an item with another of equal or greater value. For custom gift baskets or special requests for corporate gift baskets, please reach out to us directly so we can create something truly special for you!
Can I include a gift message?
Of course! Every gift should have a personal touch. You will have the option to add a gift message during the checkout process. For corporate orders, we can also discuss including branded materials.
What if an item is out of stock?
We strive to keep our most popular items ready to go! If a specific item in a basket is temporarily unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value to ensure your gift is still packed with Kentucky charm.
What about food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Because our gift baskets contain a variety of products from different local artisans, we cannot guarantee they are free from allergens like nuts, soy, gluten, or dairy. If you have concerns about specific ingredients, please contact us before ordering.
Our shipping schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, using UPS Ground Service as our primary shipping method. We strive to ship orders the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST may ship the following day.
While we aim to ship all orders the same day, items like chocolates, pies, and cakes require extra care. During the hot summer months (June-September, sometimes October) we avoid shipping these perishable items on Fridays, and occasionally on Thursdays.This varies based on temperatures and distance.
This precaution ensures that these delicate items do not sit in hot UPS vans or warehouses over the weekend, when shipments are not actively moving. Any orders we hold for this reason will be shipped the following Monday, unless it's a holiday.

Due to the special event, Kentucky Derby & Oaks, all merchandise related to these events are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and understand that sometimes things aren't exactly what you expected.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, chocolates, cakes, and other consumables)

- Dated or seasonal items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Substitutions
Occasionally, an item in a gift basket may not be available. In such cases, we promise to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
