How Do I Place an Order?

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards online, in store, and by phone.

Shipping

When Will My Order Ship?

We do our best to ship orders out same-day. Our shipping schedule is Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM and we use UPS Ground Service as our primary shipping resource.

I Ordered Chocolates, When Will They Ship?

We still do our best to ship all orders same-day. However, because of the delicateness of items such as chocolates, pie, and cakes, during the hot Summer months (June, July, August), we refrain from shipping on Fridays, and sometimes Thursdays if it’s too hot.

Our intention is to keep these items out of hot UPS vans and warehouses during the weekend, when shipments tend not to move. Any order we hold will go out the following Monday.

Can I Ship Something Internationally?

We will ship internationally, upon request. For this service, please call us at (502) 244-3355 or email in your order to info@atasteofky.com.

Depending on your items and their weight, we'll quote you a total for the items, international freight, and customs.

Other FAQs

How Do I Return/Exchange Something?

Due to the Special Event, Kentucky Derby 150, all 150 Merchandise is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and understand that sometimes things aren't exactly what you expected.

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Just call (502) 244-3355 or email info@atasteofky.com for customer service.

Items not applicable for return or exchange include: pies, cakes, chocolates, and other perishable items.

Can I Return Perishables?

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on food items, perishables, or dated/seasonal items.

Substitutions

Occasionally an item in a gift basket may not be available, in which case we promise to substitute a like item of equal or greater value for the same price.
