Bourbon Country’s Owner, Apolonio “Paul” Inclan’s, special salsa recipe; Salsa ‘de Inclan’. Not only did they include tender bits of real Mexican cactus, but they also included tequila, aged in Bourbon Barrels, to bring those sweet smoky oak aromas.
Don’t get caught up on just the tequila as this is a well-balanced recipe bursting with a plethora of other flavors. This salsa is crafted to be around a medium heat so everyone can enjoy it. Not Hot enough? Don’t worry, pick up a bottle of Bourbon Country Habanero Hot Sauce, so you can control the heat. Add a few drops or more to your preferred heat.
