The nut topping slid a little on the trip here, but the taste and texture of the cake is exellent. I have purchaed your 8" cakes at Publix in past years, and the flavor was not as intense as the large one I bought 2025. Was it the size or the direct buy that made the difference? The large cake was chocolate swirl---mmm delicious. I have given the 8" one as gifts for seveal years and recipients confide in me that they hide it when company comes so they don't have to share.
I appreciate the warmer climate shipping option as we live in Naples, Florida.
