Derby City Jerky is a Louisville, Kentucky based company that makes small batch Bourbon Barrel Smoked Jerky. Their team has been in the “meat business” for 20+ years and after spending several years making jerky for others, they turned their attention on making a better quality jerky they could be proud of! Since located in the heart of Bourbon Country, using authentic aged Kentucky Bourbon barrel staves to slow smoke their jerky, seemed like a logical choice! From the process came a perfectly tender Derby City Jerky.
